A client company, in an effort to improve the security of their non-regulated testing process, is considering doing observed collection or stripping-into-a-gown collections for all prehire employees. Their workers are not performing highly sensitive duties. I expressed concern that this may constitute undue invasion of privacy, thus exposing them to liability issues. It certainly is in excess of federal regulations. Opinions?
