You have MRO'd it and from your post as a positive - report it as such to the employer listed on the form - regardless of who pays her check that is on whom's behalf it was collected. Again, the out-of-temperature-range is of NO impact on a positive. Also ALMOST all cocaine positives want a NEW collection (because they know to quit for three days or less to get a negative). The MRO does not need another collection for this scenario thus far. Positive donors (especially the amphetamine and cocaine ones) can be adamant and threatening - they have nothing to lose.
Split availability is not required on non regulated. The requesting party will decide what to do with the results.
Being an MRO requires a certain amount of fortitude.
