This came up in court today, defense attorney brought it up. The test was indeed a probation violation hearing, I work for the Sheriff Dept. and do the drug screens for the Circuit, Magistrate and family courts as well as other judicial offices. The state does not say we will use any particular lab. The defense attorney asked if I was aware that any lab doing testing must be approved by the WV State Supreme court. I just had not heard that before.
