An owner-operator came to our clinic and had a verified positive marijuana test. He does not list any contact person other than himself.
Q1: What is a TPA, and how do I find out if he belongs to one?
Q2: Do I need to notify California DMV (and anyone else) and do you know how that is done? Is it done thorugh a web site?
Q3: Will his Commercial Driver's License be revoked?
Q4: Is there any other MRO responsibilities, here?
