For a post offer, preplacement, non-federal drug test of a healthcare worker applicant, the applicant presents us with a letter from a local urologist stating that this individual has a shy bladder and cannot produce a urine specimen on demand. I am interested in what others would choose for an alternative specimen. I have concerns about hair testing, and a recent CT divorce case stated that hair testing did not meet evidentiary standards. (Our firm is located in Connecticut.) Thanks!
