The initial post states that hair testing did not meet evidentiary standards in a recent CT divorce case. I would rephrase the comment as follows: In a recent CT divorce case, the court rejected a hair test result as evidence because the scientific validity and evidentiary value of hair testing had not yet been established in previous Connecticut court cases. This does not mean that hair drug testing will not or can not be proven as valid and acceptable legal evidence in some future case.
