Thanks for the helpful chart. One nuance I noted: For NC their reporting form has changed. In 12/05 they did not want Pre-employment positives reported (curious). However, I just pulled up the latest form [CDL-8, Rev 9/07] and they have removed the prohibition regarding pre-employment test reporting. It looks like Arkansas is going to charge MROs $75 per year to report drug test results to them. It seems disingenuous to me to ask us to pay them to report information that they want. The link on the chart does not work but here is one that should: https://www.ark.org/drugtest/index.php/user/login
