If a donor tests positive for anabolic steroids with a T/E ratio >6 (his was 19.4), can it still be verified negative? We have yet to receive any Rx verification -- all I have is an MD note indicating possible hypogonadism with no treatment plan on this note, which came to us after we verified him positive because he couldn't produce any notes initially. Now I have this one note plus an initial treatment note from a new doc that is dated 2-3 weeks after the urine drug test was performed. I say it's still positive. What do you think and how much time do we have to spend trying to let him dig himself out? Thanks.
