What is the current rules for someone testing positive for marijuana that is prescribed marijuana (leaves/buds) for vague medical conditions (not glaucoma, Ca, HIV)? If they find one of these docs that will and have given a physician's Rx, is it to be signed as negative? (Non-DOT in this case, BTW)
