Use of Copaxone (glatiramer acetate) would not account for a THC-positive drug test result. Copaxone is a treatment for multiple sclerosis. And, some people with multiple sclerosis smoke marijuana and say it helps relieve their symptoms. So, there is a common thread here. But, it is not the Copaxone that is causing the THC positive drug test.
