What should my drug test record show for that situation? A negative dilute is a negative by DOT standards. I would not have been required to take an observed second test based on the levels. So should I have a negative result and a refusal which would be "falsely" reported as a positive. If MRO's have to follow the rules for DOT testing why wouldn't the employers. It makes no sense. All this for standing up for my rights as a United States. Wow..what a country citizen with 4th amendment rights. Thanks again.
