How would you rule on a non DOT positive for morphine at 8,000ng/ml and in the interview the donor admitted he was on MSContin and that he would have the pharmacy fax the prescription information? He has missed the 5 day period and now does not answer my calls. I know that a level of < 15,000 does not require a prescription and an opiate exam for chronic use findings is required to verify positive. However in this setting he admitted to having use of morphine.
