For directly observed collections producing clear urine with normal temperature, I expect any additional testing will only reveal the obvious - your "street drug school graduate" donors are "studying for their exams," i.e., water loading to attempt to bring drug urine drug concentrations below the cutoff levels. Unless your program has (or desires - and I don't recommend it) a messy-to-enforce-and-administer policy requiring urine of a certain concentration (specific gravity), dilution remains the most common legal way to possibly beat a drug test.
