Tranylcypromine (sold under the brand name Parnate®) is a monoamine oxidase inhibitor used as an antidepressant drug. It will not test positive for amphetamine or methamphetamine. You asked if it might "screen" positive on a screening immunoassay. I do not know the answer to this. However, any positive screening test should always be confirmed by a confirmation test.  Most labs use GC/MS for confirmation testing of any tests that screen positive.
