Every collection we do for criminal justice purposes is by direct onservation. If we suspect adulturants or dilution we send these samples to the lab and no decision is made on the specimen until the results are returned. We have also started collecting another specimen within the next day or two, without telling the donor before hand of course. I appreciate all of the answers and suggestions, you all make my program stronger with each answer.
