The MRO does not cancel or otherwise nullify the test because it was collected from a Foley catheter or because the donor may not have understood the CCF. Both of these issues raise questions about infringement on privacy. And, if the employer wants the MRO's advice about such issues, by all means advise. But, as far as reviewing the test result, neither of these issues raise doubt about whether the specimen belonged to the donor or whether the laboratory result is accurate. So, don't cancel it.
