I frequently get the question from designated employer representatives (DERs): How a donor can have a THC level of, for example 20, and be reported as positive when the screening cut-off is 50? I understand why this happens but when explaining to DERs etc. they have difficulty grasping it. Does anyone have a good way to explain it in layman's terms?
