Klonopin and Xanax will test differently. Klonopin will test positive to clonazepam, and Xanax will test positive to alprazolam. From my experience, alprazolam is commonly tested for in non-DOT testing, and less so for clonazepam. However if either shows up, and you have a prescription from your doctor for this, you should pass your drug test.
