The usual cutoff for urine PCP in workplace testing is 25 ng/mL. The question asks (in part), How reliable is a urine PCP of 4 ng/mL? While I can't quantify the reliability based on the information given, I would offer the caution that the 25 ng/mL PCP cutoff and other standard cutoffs are set in part to assure that the tests are reliable. Results far below those cutoffs are not as reliable.
