A second observed sample was obtained, however both the "cold" sample and the observed sample tested negative. The "cold" sample gives reason to suspect tampering, and since this was a "follow up" test, tampering would be the second violation of our policy. The donor offers no explanation for the "cold sample". And from our research tampering is the only reason we can conclude.
