Tincture of opium is a comglomeration of many things, and it does contain both morphine and codeine. I would suspect that in general the results would have more morphine than codeine. If a donor tested positive to both codeine and morphine, and has a legit Rx for tincture of opium, I would be apt to pass this donor's test.
