Let me understand: . . . your group contracted with a lab to perform laboratory testing on your pain patients and the lab requires you to pay for training for you to interpret results for your patients (and you feel you are already well trained) . . . if that is correct you might consider a different contract or lab . . . I agree that "normal MRO" work is different than pain management MRO work and requires special relationships (and sometimes training)but most MRO's learn the differences quickly and easily . . . but here it appears you negotiated the contract - who is the customer? . . .
