Hydrocodone and hydromorphone

I received a result of hydromorphone 6127ng/ml and morphine 2082ng/ml. The donor admitted to Tylenol #3 use and hydrocodone use.  Do you think the hydromorphone level is too high to be accounted for by hydrocodone use alone, since no hydrocodone was reported?  This is a reasonable suspicion test for a healthcare worker.
