I would have to agree. I would expect that the hydromorphone and hydrocodone cutoffs were 300, although you should probably check on this. One would expect a higher level of hydrocodone than hydromorphone, not a level of zero (or below the cutoffs). The high level of hydromorphone without any hydrocodone, in my opinion, would not be explained by a prescription of hydrocodone. Also I would call the lab for clarification. Make sure the result is reported properly.
