OK. I did not realize that the article mentioned by Dr. Swotinsky is the one article that I am familiar with, when it comes to poppy seed ingestion and morphine/codeine positive hair tests. This article was authored and performed by individuals working at Psychemedics Corporation. It would be nice it there was another independant article about this subject, but right now this is the only one I am aware that discusses this issue.
