I, and many/most MRO's, would never report out a POCT as non-negative, until we received confirmation from a certified laboratory of the result. I would not do business with companies who required that I report out the non-negative results before it was sent to the lab for confirmation. The company (maybe you can explain this) can face a serious challenge and perhaps a lawsuit (perhaps a class action lawsuit) from an attorney. It is simply, IMHO, not worth a company reputation/livelihood/etc. by not confirming non-negative tests.
