Laboratory reports methamphetamine-positive at 1238 ng/mL, amphetamine-negative, d and l isomers done and 100% d-methamphetamine. What about the rule that the ”Specimen must also contain amphetamine at a concentration of greater than or equal to 200 ng/mL”?  Has the laboratory already applied the rule and I then report the test as positive for methamphetamine?
