Yes, the laboratory has applied the rule and the amphetamine result is in the 200-499 ng/mL range, assuming we're talking about a lab that uses this kind of reporting criteria. If curious and inclined, fax a request to the lab for the amphetamine concentration of this specimen even if below the cutoff.
