Dr. Swotinsky, you hit the nail on the head. By contacting the DER with a message to have an employee call the you, the MRO, you have unwittingly tipped off the company that there is an important issue with the individual's test. This unintended consequence places the donor under suspicion and is a weakness in the regulations.
