Sorry for my lack of information. The test strip had the donor's social security number, name, and date on it as well as the signature of the collector who conducted the drug screen. No consent was given by the donor for this to be released to anyone for the purpose of placing an actual photo of it on the internet. The purpose of the drug screen was to provide a baseline for this individual as he was being placed on bond and he would have been then subject to further random testing.
