Yes sire, I agree completely with that. My problem is that someone has already provided another party with a copy of this strip with all of the donors information on it and that person posted this photocopy on the web. The photocopy was not provided by the collectors but by a third party, without permission of the donor. The donor and his family are considering this a HIPPA violation and I tend to agree, at the very least it is a severe error in judgement by the one who gave the information out. Especially since it is being used for malicious purposes.
