The regulations state that the DER must direct the employee to obtain an evaluation from a physician. Does this mean that the DER must arrange the appointment or just has to notify the donor that an evaluation must be done? Wouldn't it be more reasonable for the DER or employee to arrange the appointment given that an MRO may be in a different part of the country?
