Percodan and Percocet each contain oxycodone. If a drug test includes an assay for oxycodone, it may detect use of Percodan and Percocet. It will not distinguish whether the oxycodone came from one or the other. Ultram (tramadol) is a different chemical alltogether, and is rarely included in panels used for workplace drug testing. If you want to test someone for Ultram use, you'll first want to contact the laboratory to ascertain what capability they may have for this test.
