USPS uses Quest nationally. I believe they have local arrangements w/occ docs to serve as MROs for the respective USPS area or district.

It is the USPS manager's responsibility to identify their drug testing lab account number. That lab account number will be associated w/the MRO that USPS has contracted with to handle that area or district.
