I received a memo today that advised me the MRO assistant should be doing the donor interviews for positive non-regulated test results. That just seems completely inappropriate to me. In the past, I have contacted all non-negatives myself as the MRO. I know that non-regulated testing is different, but I have always treated the procedures the same. Any thought out there? Thank you.
