Who pays for the isomer testing in regulated tests?  I am being told in a memo that the donor must pay.  Usually, that may not be something they are willing to do, especially if the lab report will show that they are being dishonest.  The memo goes on to say that the companies do not want isomer testing and will not pay for it, since it is not regulated by DOT.  Infrequently, I need those results to determine the validity of a donor's explanation.  Any suggestions?
