No. Many years ago, the Syva company produced a marijuana immunoassay product that had some cross reactivity to ibuprofen. That product is long gone. And, there never has been concern about ibuprofen or related compounds, such as naproxen, causing GC/MS-confirmed positive results for marijuana metabolite.
