I would use the second, Temperature out of Range, collection. I will use specific times as an example. 1st attempt – QNS. 1:00PM 2nd attempt – Temp. out of Range. 1:30PM The donor now has 3 hours from 1:30PM to produce a specimen, which must be observed. The time ends at 4:30PM
