Thank you very much for your quick response. It is not the CCF Copy 1 I am referring to. It is the lab report that contain the results that are forwarded to the MRO (ex: Quest, etc). that I am referring to, that the MRO assistant wrote the name on. I believe the answer would be to just obtain another copy of the results from the lab if I am correct. thanks again!
