The MRO should already have the CCF and thus the donor's name.  Having the name on the test result as it is sent from what sounds like the TPA to the MRO is inconsequential.  However, if this is a DOT test the results should be being sent directly from the lab to the MRO's office.  (Unless this is an MRO covering temporarily.)  See:

§40.97 (b) As a laboratory, you must report laboratory results directly, and only, to the MRO at his or her place of business. You must not report results to or through the DER or a service agent (e.g., C/TPA).
