Could you please provide information regarding the proportion of companies that avoid stand down by using rapid substance abuse tests. We note the availability of DOT approved alcohol screening tests, but no urine NIDA five tests approved by the DOT. We are considering use of " the best available technology" for urine NIDA screening partnered with the traditional NIDA five urine non-DOT test. If screening tests negative, no stand-down. Upper management is seeking benchmark information. Please advise.
