Check the test panel and ask the lab. Did the lab test for suboxone? If the donor took the medicine and it did not show up on the test, there could be a variety of explanations, many of which have been discussed in previous threads that you can find by searching this board. But, the most likely explanation based on what you posted so far is: The lab did not test for suboxone.
