Methamphetamine-positive on an oral fluid specimen, quantitative - 137ng/ml by LC/MS/MS.  The donor was interviewed and stated that they were taking Ephedrine, Sudafed, Xanax and Vicks nasal spray.  Chiral analysis was requested but there was no additional available specimen.

Can chiral analysis be applied to oral fluids?
