I recently received documentation from a urologist regarding a shy bladder evaluation. The only finding was an enlarged prostate and a "small capacity bladder." No evidence of neurogenic bladder. It is my understanding that this would result in a Refusal to Test as neither are legitimate reasons for being unable to produce a specimen. Would you agree?
