Maybe. There's now at least three peer-reviewed journal articles reporting the finding of hydromophone-positive urine results from morphine. The ratios of hydromophone to morphine reported in these studies are quite low. For example, Cone's most recent article (JAT, May 2008) reports raitios ranging from 0.2 to 2.2%. Without knowing the actual concentrations of morphine and hydromorphone in the case presented in this thread, I can't say whether or not it's consistent w/the aforementioned data.
