Collector statement is that he told donor to drink 40 ounces but was not able constantly watch him over the course of 3 hours (he was collecting others). In addition the donor states he drank a large amount of fluid prior to test because he has trouble providing a sample. I think his main complaint was not getting to leave when he developed diarrhea during two attempts. Obviously, collectors are not medical professionals and have little ability to distinguish medical complaints from attempts to get out of a drug test. What would happen if the donor "states" he has shortness of breath or chest pain?
