I've got a non-DOT confirmed positive for THCA (24ng/ml). How reliable is this ratio with regard to identifying THC vs CBD/Hemp use? Is this test permissible under DOT regs, if requested by donor?

I think the question is, How reliable is it so use the THCA-to-CBD ratio to determine if the THC came from CBD?

A positive test result for CBD can demonstrate that the person ingested CBD. There is no consensus on the use of THCA-to-CBD ratios to rule in, or rule out, the use of THC.
