For non-regulated testing, a donor (now former employee) is asking the employer, who in turn is ask me (the MRO) for quantative lab results of the drug screen.
Are we allowed to send positive quanatitive drug screen results to the employer, who might in turn share them with the donor (now former employee)??
It was a random hair screen that came back positive for THC, so my guess is the donor (former employee) isn't too happy about the results.

There is no regulation or guidance saying NOT to release such information on a case by case basis. (You may recall that the feds don't want routine reporting of concentrations.) I'd go ahead and release the concentration. Usually, having it in black and white helps settle any questions.
